Who Does Raeve Cosmetics Ship With?

  • USPS= United States Postal Service

How Long Does My Order Take To Process? 

  • All orders are processed within 1- 3  business days after initial purchase date. Weekends orders are not shipped till the following Monday. 

When Will I See A Update With My Tracking Information?

  • Please allow 24 - 48 hours for an update. USPS moves your package through their shipping network and may not always scan in stops along the way causing what looks like a delay in the movement of your package. Please do not worry, your package will eventually arrive but it just may take longer. 

When Will I Receive My Package ? 

  • You can expect your package to arrive after your order has been processed (1 - 3 business days ) then shipped ( 2 - 5 business days ).

What If I Put The Wrong Address ? ( Before shipping )

  • Contact us immediately with your name, order number, and the correct address. We don't want your package going to someone else!

What If I Put The Wrong Address ? ( After shipping )

  • In any event your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address you submitted you will be responsible to pay a $4.00 reshipping fee. Once we receive your package back from USPS a $4.00 invoice will be sent. Once paid order will be reshipped to new address confirmed by customer. 

Why Did My Order Get Cancelled ?

  • Your order was flagged as possible fraud and/or missing shipping information.
